<p>At Providence Immediate Care facility, I had 102 degrees fever, short of breath and tested negative for COVID. They said I needed to head over to ER. Upon arrival, I was the only person in the waiting room and with-in 5 minutes in patient room. In another 5 minutes, nurse setup IV and heart monitoring. Twenty minutes later to my surprise a chest X-ray machine was wheeled in and a chest X-ray was taken.</p> <p>After another 30 minutes passed, an ER Doctor came in, sent in a prescription and said I could go home.</p> <p>Wow - what a great TEAM. Thanks so much but I hope to never see you again. But I know that you are there if I need you.</p> <p>- Steve</p>

<p>I'm sorry I don't remember the names of all of the people who helped me. One thing that stood out for me was that everyone was so kind and understanding. From the admissions desk to the transport people to the night shift nurses and everyone in between, I could tell they cared how I was feeling. I had no doubt that they were doing their best to make me feel better. They took the time to explain everything that was happening so there was no mystery or worry about what was going on. And as I had my eyes closed most of the time, being told what was happening was quite important. Give my thanks to the nurses, doctors and staff who were involved.
